PLASTIC REPAIR

Plastic repair has become an integral part of the vehicle body repair industry, as plastic components now make up a significant portion of modern vehicles.

These plastic components, including bumpers, grilles, headlight housings, and weather stripping, are susceptible to damage from collisions, road debris, and environmental factors.

While replacing these components may seem like the most straightforward approach, plastic repair offers several advantages that make it a more sustainable and cost-effective solution.

Resource Conservation: Restoring damaged plastic components rather than replacing them reduces the demand for new materials and the associated environmental impact of manufacturing and transportation.

Cost-Effectiveness: Plastic repair can significantly lower repair costs compared to replacing entire components, especially for high-value parts like bumpers and headlights.

Retaining Original Vehicle Integrity: Repairing plastic components preserves the original design and structural integrity of the vehicle, maintaining its value and safety.

Reduction of Waste Generation: By repairing plastic components, body shops can minimize the amount of waste material going to landfills, contributing to environmental sustainability.

GLUE PULLING

Glue pulling, also known as paintless dent repair (PDR), is a non-invasive method of repairing dents and dings in vehicle body panels. It involves using a special type of glue to adhere a tab to the dent, and then using a pulling tool to remove the dent.

It is a less invasive method. Glue pulling does not require any cutting or welding, and it does not damage the original paint finish. This makes it an ideal option for repairing minor dents and dings, as well as dents on vehicles with delicate paint finishes, such as those with pearlescent or matte paints.

It is more cost-effective. Glue pulling is generally less expensive than traditional dent repair methods, such as body filler and painting. This is because it does not require as much time or materials to complete.

It is faster. Glue pulling can often be completed in a matter of minutes or hours, depending on the size and location of the dent. This makes it a convenient option for busy vehicle owners.

GLUE PULLING WITH SPEEDLINE

Speedline is a fast, flexible and strong glue pull system that performs precise, efficient and swift work on a range of steel and aluminium repairs.

Each system consists of various sizes of pull knob to deal with different types and severity of damage. Both straight and flexible Speedline strips are available, the latter for use on curved or round surfaces.

ALUMINIUM PANEL REPAIR

As more and more vehicles are being made with aluminum bodies, body shops that can repair aluminum panels will be in high demand.

Reduced repair costs: Aluminum is a more malleable metal than steel, which means that it can be reshaped with less heat. This can lead to lower repair costs for smaller dents and dings.

More durable repairs: Aluminum repairs can be more durable than steel repairs because aluminum is less likely to rust or corrode.

More profit: An insurance company may be willing to pay more for a repair that is done by a body shop that specializes in aluminum repair, because they know that the repair is more likely to be durable and less likely to rust or corrode.

ALU SLIMLINER REPAIR

Our Alu Slimliner is a compact version of the Alu Flatliner, offers a convenient and economical solution for consistently high-quality aluminium panel repairs.
